Job summary

VectorWave in the Greater Boston area is seeking a RF mixed signal engineer to design programmable subsystems for the APU. You will collaborate with analog hardware RF engineers and RF machine learning engineers to enable programmable signal processing and AI capabilities for wireless edge compute.

This in-person, full-time role offers competitive compensation and meaningful equity, with opportunities to contribute from day one and occasional travel to conferences.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience with analog and RF subsystem design.
• Experience interfacing with memory, MPUs/SoCs, or FPGAs.

Responsibilities

• Design subsystems for the APU’s programmable edge compute.
• Choose components and design circuits combining RF, memory, and microprocessors.
• Program control schemes and interfaces for the programmable APU subsystem.
• Evaluate performance against KPIs and specifications.
• Collaborate with RF, ML, and systems engineers for compatibility.
