Job description

Job Description: RF/Microwave Technician

Anritsu, a provider of innovative communications test and measurement solutions, is seeking an RF/Microwave Technician based in Morgan Hill, CA. The technician will be responsible for testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF Microwave modules using test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Maintain test equipment, test stations, and tools.
2. Maintain and update reports and spreadsheets for Quality Records, First Pass Yield, Rework, and Repair.
3. Manage inventory of products and materials.
4. Utilize computers for Automated Test Stations, Email, ERP systems, and spreadsheet updates.

Requirements:

1. Associate Degree or higher in electronics.
2. 5+ years of experience with RF Microwave tuning and testing preferred.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and OneNote.
4. Ability to read Schematics, Drawings, and Bills of Materials.
5. Experience working under a microscope.
6. Hands-on experience with RF/Microwave testing, including analog circuitry.
7. Experience with soldering.

1. Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
2. Self-motivation and adaptability to fast-paced production environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $27/hr - $35/hr. Salary offers are based on various factors including experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
