Job summary

Qorvo, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking an RF/Microwave Test Engineer responsible for characterization and data reporting of front-end modules (FEMs) used in wireless RF applications.

This role also involves development and support of software tools for Windows and MacOS environments. You will develop test plans, operate advanced RF/microwave test equipment, analyze data, and contribute to automation and project delivery in a fast-paced lab setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing and evaluation of RF/Microwave components and/or modules.
• Proficiency with object-oriented programming languages (C#, Python, VB.NET).
• Ability to analyze RF measurements and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and test teams to optimize module performance and perform full characterization.
• Interface between Design Engineering and Characterization Engineering to review data.
• Delegate tasks to engineers/technicians and track progress.
• Provide clear reports using data analysis tools.
• Develop/modify automated test equipment (ATE) software and hardware.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve test automation and speed.
