Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience as Product Engineer or related.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from prototype to production release.
• Serve as technical resource across design, process, manufacturing, test and quality teams.
• Generate required engineering deliverables during NPD and lifecycle.
• Use data analysis to drive decisions and yield improvements.
• Present results and actions to core development teams.
• Support test engineering to validate production hardware/software.
• Create yield plans and process improvement initiatives.
• Engage in group problem-solving and Six Sigma related activities.
