Job summary

TUALCOM is seeking an on-site PCB/PCBA technician in Sterling, VA to work hands-on with RF and microwave products. You will assemble, test and troubleshoot populated boards, using spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes and signal generators, and perform rework as needed.

Ideal candidates have hands-on PCB/PCBA experience, strong soldering skills, and the ability to read schematics and test instructions. IPC-A-610 certification and an electronics background are highly valued; on-site role with five

Qualifications

• Hands-on PCB/PCBA experience required.
• Electronics testing and assembly in production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and test instructions.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot PCBs and PCBAs across RF/microwave assemblies.
• Soldering, component-level assembly and rework as needed.
• Record accurate test, production and quality information.
• Configure hardware and perform software updates where applicable.
• Identify faults and resolve performance issues.
