TUALCOM is seeking an on-site PCB/PCBA technician in Sterling, VA to work hands-on with RF and microwave products. You will assemble, test and troubleshoot populated boards, using spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes and signal generators, and perform rework as needed.

Not all electronics testing is the same.
At TUALCOM, the PCB/PCBA sits at the heart of our RF and microwave products. These are sensitive, high-performance assemblies where the quality of the build, soldering and test work really matters.
That means we need someone who already has hands-on experience working with PCB/PCBAs.
If your background includes assembling, testing, inspecting and troubleshooting populated circuit boards within an electronics manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
TUALCOM develops advanced RF, microwave and GNSS technology used across defence, aerospace and other mission-critical applications.
You’ll work hands-on with our electronic products from PCB/PCBA level through to fully integrated systems, including:
Essentially, you must have previous hands-on PCB/PCBA experience.
You’ll also ideally bring:
An Associate Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering or similar would be advantageous.
IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 certification would be particularly valuable, although we can support the right person in gaining certification.
Experience with RF/microwave technology, defence products, ERP systems or basic test automation/programming would also be a bonus.

With operations across Türkiye, the USA, UK, Germany and Poland, you’ll work alongside specialist engineers and technicians on technology where quality, precision and reliability genuinely matter.
To be completely transparent from the outset, this position is based on-site in Sterling, Virginia, five days per week due to the nature of the work and company policy.
