Job summary

Microwave Products Group (MPG) designs rugged RF components and subsystems for government, military, and commercial customers. The role focuses on designing microwave filters to meet customer specifications, evaluating RFQs, and supporting production with engineering insights.

Travel may be required to an overseas facility in the Dominican Republic. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with RF/Microwave focus or have 8 years of RF/Microwave filter design experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with RF/Microwave focus or 8 years RF/Microwave filter design experience.
• Ability to apply calculus, algebra and statistical theory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reading drawings, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design microwave filters that meet customer specifications and evaluate RFQs.
• Analyze filter response using RF design software and support manufacturing.
• Oversee prototyping, check prints and BOM, and coordinate with digital/applications engineers.
• Travel to customer sites, including overseas facility in the Dominican Republic.
