Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking motivated interns to join our RF/microwave engineering team in the United States. You will design and simulate RF components and circuits and gain hands-on experience with manufacturing, testing, and data reduction.

Under supervision, you will prepare design reviews, develop test procedures, and correlate simulations with measurements. Enrolled in BS/MS/PhD EE or Computer programs with strong physics and mathematics coursework is required.

Qualifications

Enrollment in BS/MS/PhD EE or Computer program.
Strong physics and mathematics coursework.
Electromagnetics coursework preferred.
3D modelling experience desired.

Responsibilities

Work with interns, test engineering, and engineering technicians on program tasks including test procedure development, test station development and data reduction software.
Perform review before design release.
Prepare presentations for gated design reviews.
Design and evaluate test circuits.
Understand manufacturing approach and limitations.
Design and evaluate components using available design and layout tools.
Provide nominal simulation results along with tolerances analysis.
Correlate expected performance with test results.
Perform data reduction and present results clearly.
