Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Summer 2027 RF/microwave engineering intern to design and simulate microwave components and circuits for military and space applications.

You will work with engineers, technicians, and test staff to develop procedures, evaluate results, and present data during gated design reviews. The role emphasizes hands-on design, testing, and production support, with exposure to RF theory, manufacturing constraints, and data reduction in a fast-paced, high-precision

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of microwave theory and interest in RF design.
• Ability to design experiments, analyze data and solve problems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, HFSS and circuit simulation tools.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or in a team on RF/microwave intern tasks.
• Develop test procedures, stations and data reduction software for programs.
• Prepare design reviews and gate reviews with findings.
• Design and evaluate test circuits; correlate simulations with measured results.
• Support MRB processes and assist production teams as needed.
• Ensure project schedules are met and document results clearly.
