Job summary

K&L Microwave LLC is seeking a seasoned pricing engineer to evaluate customer RF and microwave filter requirements and develop timely quotations. You will work closely with Engineering to ensure alignment with current design, manufacturing, and testing practices, while creating part numbers and pricing in ERP and CRM systems.

The role requires a BS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer RF & Microwave filter requirements and develop accurate quotations.
• Select filter design topology and product series based on customer needs.
• Create part numbers in ERP and set pricing using internal guides.
• Develop pricing models for new products not in the pricing guide.
• Create quotations in CRM and support Business Development and Inside Sales in customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Engineering to align with design, manufacturing, and testing methods.
• Assist Engineering with preliminary filter design when needed.
• Maintain and update the internal pricing guide quarterly using actual cost data.
