Job summary

Microwave Techniques, LLC in Gorham, ME is seeking an RF Lab Technician for first shift. Requires 2+ years in a technical or manufacturing role and an Electronics-related degree or knowledge of hand radio is a plus.

Will assemble, test RF products and document activities in a multi-project environment. Candidate should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable with RF/Microwave testing equipment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a technical role or manufacturing environment.
• Associates degree in Electronics or knowledge of hand radio is a plus.
• Can manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined.
• Curiosity to learn concepts behind RF/Microwave tuning operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Thrives in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembly and testing of RF products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Interpret technical documentation for application with assembly and testing.
• Use of testing and measurement equipment in RF/Microwave environments.
• Use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment.
• Documentation of project-related activities.
• Use of Microsoft Office, Email and related platforms.
