Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Operator to support our distribution centers in Southern California. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies using forklift equipment and RF interfaces to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of warehousing/equipment operating experience. You will work in a safety‑driven environment, assist training, and report safety or process issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in warehousing/Equipment Operating (Inventory Control a plus).
• Experience with RF systems and forklift operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cycle Counts on all locations within accuracy guidelines.
• Audit locations counted by others and report findings.
• Operate forklift safely and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Fix problems encountered during tasks and incidents.
• Complete all required paperwork and reporting.
