Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Control Operator at our Rancho Belago, CA facility. This role ensures accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and related documentation, primarily using forklift equipment and RF systems.

You will work within safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to management. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and typically 3 years in warehousing or equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in warehousing/Equipment Operating (Inventory Control a plus).
• Experience with forklift and RF system interfaces is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cycle Counts at Skechers Distribution centers to meet accuracy and productivity guidelines.
• Identify and fix discrepancies found during audits and inventory checks.
• Complete required paperwork and reporting for inventory movements and controls.
• Operate forklift and RF equipment safely in accordance with company policies.
• Audit locations counted by others and report findings to supervisor.
• Assist Inventory Control Analyst and cross-train as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Inventory Control Operator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Inventory at Skechers Distribution centers by performing various Inventory Control functions, usually involving use of Forklift equipment and RF system interface.
