Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. in Southern California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the Distribution Center's equipment running and perform routine upkeep. The role covers roof inspections, electrical panels, plumbing, carpentry, painting, lighting, and general shop tasks to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Requirements include CAL OSHA certification on Reach/Order Picker equipment and 4–5+ years in maintenance. Schedule is Tue-Sat, 5am–1:30pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a distribution or industrial setting.
• Experience with roof inspections, electrical panels and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform plumbing, carpentry, painting and general shop tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operation of industrial equipment in the Distribution Center.
• Perform roof inspections and basic facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, lighting).
• Support safety programs and proper housekeeping across the facility.
• Collaborate with maintenance manager and respond to department requests.
