Job summary

Radiall in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Applications Engineer to collaborate with customers’ engineering, procurement, and quality teams while supporting RF interconnect product lines. You will work with internal teams to define requirements and present technical solutions.

Qualified candidates have an engineering degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 20%. In-person work at the Tempe office with hybrid flexibility after training is available.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently or in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers' engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
• Support electronics projects by recommending Radiall RF products and solutions.
• Establish and maintain technical relationships with customers to identify opportunities.
• Assist in pre-sales discussions to define requirements and propose optimal solutions.
• Prepare product specifications with Design Engineering and demonstrate product features to customers.
