Job summary

A renowned technology company is seeking a candidate to support electronics projects and establish strong customer relationships. Qualifications

• Must comply with ITAR, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident required.
• A.S. or B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with RF, ARINC, or 38999 interconnect components preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to work in-person at the Tempe, AZ office with potential hybrid flexibility.

• Prepare product specifications with design engineering.

• Work with the sales team to develop business opportunities.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers’ engineering, procurement, and quality teams, as well as Radiall’s internal Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing groups

• Support electronics projects by recommending the most effective and profitable Radiall products and solutions — including RF solutions, antennas, multipin connectors, microwave switches, and more

• Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers to identify new opportunities within existing accounts

• Assist customers in pre‑sales technical discussions to define requirements and recommend optimal solutions

• Negotiate technical aspects such as specifications, compliance matrices, qualification plans, and data sheets

• Prepare draft product specifications in coordination with Design Engineering

• Demonstrate product functionalities and performance to customers and internal teams

• Create and deliver technical presentations to highlight product features and benefits

• Work closely with the Sales team to develop new business opportunities and support customer success

• Partner with the Quality team to help resolve product performance issues

Qualifications

• Comply with ITAR, must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident

• A.S. or B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a 4‑year college, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

• Applications engineering and/or experience with RF, ARINC, or 38999 interconnect components is a strong asset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self‑motivated, technically curious, and able to work independently or as part of a cross‑functional team

• Willingness to travel up to 20% (may vary based on customer and project needs)

• Ability to work in‑person at the Tempe, AZ office, with some hybrid flexibility after the training period
