Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace’s Lansdale Systems Engineering team seeks a Systems Engineering Manager to lead engineers developing advanced EW solutions for air, land, and maritime platforms. You will shape technical strategy, drive program execution, and mentor talent while delivering on performance, cost, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline (EE, Physics, Systems Engineering).
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or large technical programs.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and execution.
• 12+ years of engineering experience with complex systems (hardware, software, RF, digital, analog, mechanical, or embedded).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
• Occasional travel to support activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of systems engineers across multiple programs and technology efforts.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruiting, mentoring, succession planning, and career development.
• Establish department goals, performance metrics, and resource strategies.
• Ensure technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met across development efforts.
• Guide systems engineering through requirements development, architecture, integration, verification, and release.
• Support proposals through technical planning, architecture development, and cost estimation.
