Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer Manager (Finance) in Lansdale to lead a multidisciplinary team designing RF EW systems for defense missions across air, land, and maritime platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or large technical programs.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, including requirements development, decomposition, and management.
• 12+ years of engineering experience developing or integrating complex systems involving hardware, software, RF, digital, analog, or embedded technologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to travel occasionally in support of customer, industry, or program activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational leadership for a multidisciplinary engineering team across development programs and R&D initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, recruiting, mentoring, succession planning, and career development.
• Ensure program objectives are achieved across schedule, cost, and quality.
• Guide systems engineering activities through lifecycle: requirements, architecture, integration, verification, release.
• Support proposals through technical planning, cost estimation, and work breakdown structures.
• Lead trade studies and technical decisions balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability.
