Qualifications

• 10 years related experience with 3+ years supervising teams.
• Experience with RF passive component simulation and design.
• Ability to plan, lead, and mentor engineering staff.
• BS Electrical Engineering or Physics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF and mechanical engineering teams across programs.
• Develop and maintain product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR and sales to align roadmaps.
• Guide design processes and customer proposals.
