Mann Wireless is seeking an RF Engineer to contribute across the spectrum from business development to design, estimating, and proposal development. You will be on the ground at job sites in the Albany/NY region and operate from our NY office, conducting site surveys and engaging with customers to design systems and develop quotes.
You will also manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, with occasional remote work flexibility.
Description
As an RF Engineer in our small business, you will have the opportunity to work on everything from new business development to design, estimating, and proposal development to RF Engineering and Project Management. You will obtain real-world installation experience.
In this capacity, you will be on the ground, managing day-to-day operations at job sites in addition to working out of our NY office. This includes conducting site surveys, interfacing with customers, designing systems, developing quotes and proposals, and conducting job closeout testing and reporting activities. You must be willing, able, and eager to assist with installations and at times complete installations independently.
As you grow, you will be responsible for managing legal and contractual requirements, budgets, scheduling, project completion timelines, and deliverables for projects. You will drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, and you will use your exceptional communication, planning, and organization skills to support both business and operations activities.
