Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking an RF Engineering professional to provide technical leadership in assembly, production testing, and integration of RF/Microwave products for defense programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with program management, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to advance mission-critical aerospace initiatives. A DoD Secret Clearance and strong problem-solving skills are required for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
  • Typically requires 2+ years in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development/manufacturing.
  • Experience with test equipment to test/troubleshoot RF/Microwave circuits at module/component level.
  • Experience with MATLAB and Microwave Office/ADS/HFSS for data analysis and simulation.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required on day one.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on product troubleshooting in manufacturing and development environments.
  • Assist with ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives.
  • Work with engineers and technicians for offline asset reduction.
  • Support definition and implementation of producibility improvements.
  • Work with Lead Engineers on design updates.
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional product teams.
