Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronic Technician to support military-grade microwave products. You will perform testing, alignment, and troubleshooting of filters and assemblies, reading schematics, and using RF instruments to ensure product performance.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of RF technician experience, a 2-year electronics degree, and the ability to obtain IPC-610 certification. Onsite work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• US person (citizen or Green Card holder)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2-year electronics degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years RF-related technician experience
• Ability to obtain IPC-610 certification once employed
• Knowledge of RF filter principles, bandwidth, Q, insertion loss and return loss

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform repetitive electronic test functions using written procedures
• Align, tune and troubleshoot standard product filters
• Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to component level
• Assemble simple mechanical components to support testing
• Repair RF hopping filters and subassemblies
• Read schematics and data sheets to diagnose issues
