Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, part of Microwave Products Group, seeks an Electronic Technician to support military communications through RF test and alignment tasks. You will read schematics, troubleshoot PCBs, and perform basic assemblies to ensure product performance meets specifications.

You will use RF test equipment and network analyzers, with training and IPC-610 certification supported. This full-time onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Green Card).
• High school diploma or GED required; electronics degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RF technician experience; IPC-610 certification or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform repetitive technical electronic tests using procedures.
• Align, tune and troubleshoot standard product filters.
• Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to component level.
• Perform simple electronic and mechanical assembly tasks.
• Repair RF hopping filters and subassemblies to spec.
• Read schematics and use PCB/PWB layouts and work instructions.
• Operate Agilent/HP analyzers and automated test equipment.
• Test wire harness continuity per drawings.
