Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronic Technician to support the military-grade microwave products. You will perform repetitive RF tests, align filters, and troubleshoot circuit assemblies to improve product performance and reliability.

The role requires an understanding of RF filters, schematics, and test equipment; hands-on assembly and repair skills; and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year electronics degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RF-related technician experience.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot circuits.
• Experience with RF test equipment and standard lab instruments.
• IPC-610 certification or ability to obtain after employment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup and perform repetitive electronic test functions with procedures.
• Align, tune and troubleshoot standard product filters.
• Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to component level.
• Perform simple electronic/mechanical assembly to meet specifications.
• Perform component-level troubleshoot and repair of RF hopping filters and subassemblies.
