Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, USA, is seeking an Electronic Technician to support military communications products. You will test, align, and troubleshoot RF filters and assemblies, using standard test equipment and schematics. Basic assembly and component-level repair are part of the role.

Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, 2-year electronics degree, and RF/IPC-610 related certification. Onsite position with a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be well versed in RF test equipment usage and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of RF filter bandwidth, Q, insertion loss and return loss.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot simple circuits.
• Exposure to test equipment such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, and network analyzer.
• Basic PC/Data entry skills for test software and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Setup and perform repetitive electronic test functions per procedures.
• Align, tune and troubleshoot standard product filters.
• Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to component level.
• Perform basic electronic and mechanical assembly to meet specifications.
• Pass and obtain IPC-610 certification once employed.
