Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) is seeking Systems Engineers to support multiple new and ongoing programs as our business expands.

Responsibilities include developing, analyzing, and allocating requirements; assisting in system design using model-based systems engineering tools like Cameo/SysML; planning and executing integration and test activities; and collaborating with engineers across disciplines to meet project objectives.

While this role is not a titled management position, candidates with relevant experience may be asked to lead small teams or represent the team in discussions with customers and stakeholders.

We focus on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions throughout the system development lifecycle, on schedule and within budget. Due to the need for in-person collaboration and the role's nature, this position requires full-time onsite work at a BAE Systems facility. We may consider more senior or junior positions based on skills and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of experience; or master's degree with 6+ years; or PhD with 4+ years
  • Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Proficiency with MagicDraw (Cameo)
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead small teams of peers to accomplish project tasks
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $130,355 - $221,603

Please note: Salaries are based on market pay structures and influenced by factors such as skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal considerations.
