Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) seeks Systems Engineers to support multiple programs. Responsibilities include developing, analyzing, and allocating requirements; assisting in system design using model-based tools like Cameo/SysML; planning and executing integration and test activities; and collaborating across disciplines to meet project goals. Although this is not a management role, candidates may lead small teams or represent the team in discussions with stakeholders.
This role focuses on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions throughout the system development lifecycle, requiring full-time on-site work at a BAE Systems facility. Depending on skills and experience, a more senior or junior position may be offered.
