Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) is seeking Systems Engineers to support multiple new and ongoing programs as we grow our business.

Team members will develop, analyze, and allocate requirements; assist in system design using model-based systems engineering tools like Cameo/SysML; plan and execute integration and test activities; and collaborate with engineers across disciplines to achieve project goals.

While this role is not titled management, candidates with relevant experience may be asked to lead small teams or represent the team in discussions with customers and stakeholders.

We focus on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions throughout the system development lifecycle, on schedule and within budget. Due to the need for in-person collaboration and the nature of this role, work will be performed full-time on site at a BAE Systems facility. We may consider different seniority levels based on skills and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math with 10+ years of experience; or master's degree with 8+ years; or PhD with 6+ years
  • Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Proficiency with MagicDraw (Cameo)
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical leadership experience (with or without formal title)
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $146,670 - $249,330

Please note: Salaries are based on market pay structures and various factors including skills, education, experience, and internal considerations.
