Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer II in Schaumburg, IL to advance RF technologies with hands-on circuit building and performance verification testing for products under redesign.

You will design RF circuits, including PLLs, VCOs, receivers and power amplifiers, and operate RF test equipment such as network/spectrum analyzers, signal generators and power meters to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• RF circuit design and wireless communication theory required.
• Proficient in PLL, VCO, receiver and RF power amplifier concepts.
• Analytical troubleshooting and circuit problem solving experience.
• Experience using RF test equipment for circuit-level testing.
• Able to work autonomously and with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
