Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field helpful.
• 2+ years of relevant experience for Bachelor's path; 0-2 years for Master's.

Responsibilities

• Design Validation: perform RF and mixed-signal front end measurements and create validation reports.
• Product Characterization: test across PVT, configure benches, automate measurements, document results.
• Product Qualification: analyze results for lifetime reliability and escalate anomalies with steps.
• Product Documentation: record performance data with traceability for support teams.
• Production ATE Development: collaborate with Test Engineering on bench-to-ATE correlation.
• Product Evaluation: assist design verification with defined experiments and timely updates.
• Analysis Tool Development: enhance data analysis tools to improve throughput and GR&R.
• Characterization Infrastructure: maintain validation benches and fixtures, propose optimizations.
