Job summary

Qualifications

• MS in EE or related field. BS with 2+ years acceptable if experienced.
• Experience with semiconductor device physics, RF engineering, or IC design.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute characterization plans for semiconductor devices using DC IV, CV and S-parameter methods.
• Perform hands-on lab measurements to support device development and model generation.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate measurements and data analysis.
• Collaborate with process, device, and circuit teams to evaluate new technologies.
• Document procedures and results for internal knowledge bases.
