Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and RF engineering.
• Experience with DC IV, CV, and S-parameter measurements.
• Knowledge of RF device modeling and model extraction.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute characterization plans for semiconductor devices.
• Perform hands-on laboratory measurements and data collection.
• Analyze data to identify performance trends and non-ideal effects.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate new technologies and resolve challenges.
• Develop and maintain measurement automation scripts and data tools.
• Document procedures and findings in reports and internal knowledge bases.
• Capable of basic model extraction of passive/active devices.
