  • Perform mmWave PA design and validation for 5G NR applications
  • Conduct load-pull testing, linearity assessments, and thermal characterization
  • Work with DPD algorithms and linearization techniques to ensure optimal PA performance
  • Use lab measurement equipment (e.g., VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators) to validate RF performance
  • Collaborate on the development or integration of DPD solutions using C/C++ or MATLAB
  • Interpret and apply 3GPP 5G NR specifications to ensure system-level compliance and performance
  • Provide support during prototype development, testing, and optimization phases
Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in PA design for wireless applications, particularly mmWave
  • Proficiency with RF simulation tools like Keysight ADS, AWR Microwave Office, and/or Cadence
  • Hands-on experience with DPD techniques, load-pull setups, and RF lab measurements
  • Working knowledge of 5G NR and RF system-level metrics (EVM, ACLR, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of RF non-linearity and PA efficiency optimization
  • Familiarity with MATLAB and/or C/C++ for algorithm implementation or integration
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with GaN or CMOS PA technologies
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST)
  • Exposure to system architecture or transceiver design
