Job summary

Syntronic is seeking engineers to perform RF validation testing and front-end optimization across multiple configurations. You will probe RF systems, identify aggressors on multi-radio products, and debug wireless designs using standard RF test equipment. Soldering of tiny 0402/0201 components and generating weekly task reports are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF validation testing.
• Ability to optimize RF front end for multiple configs.
• Experience identifying aggressors on multi-radio products.
• Experience debugging wireless design issues with RF test equipment.
• Soldering small components (0402/0201).
• Generate weekly reports for design tasks and issues.
• Follow customer SOPs.

What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who want to:

• RF validation testing
• Perform RF front end optimization to support multiple configs for the build
• Perform RF probing to identify aggressors on multi-radio product and support experiments for resolving them
• Debug wireless design issues using equipment like Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Wireless Technologies Test equipment, Oscilloscopes, Power Meter, etc.
• Solder 0402/0201 components as needed
• Generate weekly reports for the design tasks and issues resolved using Word document
• Able to follow and execute task as per customer assigned SOP
