Job summary

Syntronic - A Global Design House in San Jose, CA, is seeking engineers to join our RF team. You will perform RF validation testing, optimize RF front ends for multiple configurations, and support multi-radio products.

Solder SMT 0402/0201 as needed, generate weekly reports in Word, and follow customer SOPs. The work spans cutting-edge telecom, automotive, and wireless research projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF testing and validation.
• Ability to perform RF optimization.
• Experience with RF probing and troubleshooting multi-radio systems.
• Proficiency in using RF test equipment.
• Soldering SMT components (0402/0201).
• Strong reporting skills using Word.
• Ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• RF validation testing to verify performance.

• Debug wireless design issues using Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, and test equipment.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who want to:

• RF validation testing


• Perform RF front end optimization to support multiple configs for the build


• Perform RF probing to identify aggressors on multi-radio product and support experiments for resolving them


• Debug wireless design issues using equipment like Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Wireless Technologies Test equipment, Oscilloscopes, Power Meter, etc.


• Solder 0402/0201 components as needed


• Generate weekly reports for the design tasks and issues resolved using Word document


• Able to follow and execute task as per customer assigned SOP
