THE WORKAs a Cyber RF Software Engineer Senior Staff, my typical day is filled with excitement and energy as I tackle a variety of challenges and responsibilities. Each day as a team lead, I oversee one or more software development teams and ensure that our work is excellent and matches or exceeds the outline of the software development process being used on any particular project. I\'m passionate about mentoring and guiding my team members, and I enjoy watching them grow and develop their skills. When I\'m not designing and coding new software or modifying existing code to add new features, I\'m debugging existing software and correcting defects. I\'m meticulous about my work, and I take pride in ensuring that our software is reliable and efficient. I also make recommendations for improving our documentation and software development process standards, because I believe that\'s essential to delivering high-quality products. I\'m also responsible for integrating existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments, which requires a deep understanding of C++, K8, Python 3.0, GIT, and CI/CD pipeline. I\'m super familiar with Agile Sprint Development methodologies, and I\'ve worked on a range of projects that involve Digital Signal Processing and related RF technologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Active security clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a DSP focus from an accredited institution. Equivalency:MS in Engineering/CS+2years experience OR4years DSP experience+high school diploma
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing DSP algorithms on projects that follow established software processes.
• Minimum 4 years of professional programming experience using C++, Linux, Python (or comparable languages).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00
