Lockheed Martin is seeking a Cyber RF Software Engineer Senior to lead software teams and drive DSP/RF initiatives. You’ll mentor engineers, translate requirements into designs, and ensure robust, scalable solutions for complex RF systems.

You’ll work with C++ and Python, leverage Kubernetes and CI/CD practices, and contribute to Agile processes while advancing DSP techniques and RF signal processing capabilities across programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of professional programming experience using C++, Linux, Python (or comparable languages).
• RF software development (≥ 4 years).
• Kubernetes/CI‑CD pipeline implementation.
• Git version‑control.
• Agile/Sprint development methodology.
• Digital Signal Processing techniques, including short‑burst/hopping signal detection, energy detection, channelization, and digital signal synthesis.

THE WORK:
As a Cyber RF Software Engineer Senior, my typical day is filled with excitement and energy as I tackle a variety of challenges and responsibilities. Each day as a team lead, I oversee one or more software development teams and ensure that our work is excellent and matches or exceeds the outline of the software development process being used on any particular project. I'm passionate about mentoring and guiding my team members, and I enjoy watching them grow and develop their skills. Usually each day includes consulting and analyzing user requirements and translating that information to build software design and performance requirements. I love digging into complex problems and finding creative solutions, and I'm always looking for ways to improve our software development process. When I'm not designing and coding new software or modifying existing code to add new features, I'm debugging existing software and correcting defects. I'm meticulous about my work, and I take pride in ensuring that our software is reliable and efficient. I also make recommendations for improving our documentation and software development process standards, because I believe that's essential to delivering high-quality products.
I'm also responsible for integrating existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments, which requires a deep understanding of C++, K8, Python 3.0, GIT, and CI/CD pipeline. I'm super familiar with Agile Sprint Development methodologies, and I've worked on a range of projects that involve Digital Signal Processing and related RF technologies.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00
