Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of physics-based models to enhance acoustic resonator simulation accuracy and support RF filter performance.
• Analyze acoustic, electrical, and thermal behaviors to identify performance limits, trade-offs, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the review and interpretation of large-scale RF data and measurement results to improve modeling fidelity and inform design and technology decisions.
• Support experimentation, prototyping, and characterization activities that contribute to technology advancement and product development milestones.
• Contribute to the continued development of XBAR device knowledge and participate in shaping long-term technology direction.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers working on device modeling, characterization, and performance optimization.
