Job summary

Tpcengineeringholdingsllc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to bridge customer requirements with the production floor. The role reviews customer drawings, builds BOMs, develops labor plans, and ensures accurate travelers and up-to-date documentation for each job.

You will own document control, manage ECO/ECR processes, and support a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Cable/Harness or RF assembly in engineering contexts, familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
Experience creating BOMs, travelers, and work instructions.
Document control, revision control, and ECO/ECR processes.

Responsibilities

Review and vet material summary sheet for accuracy.
Create internal BOMs from customer documentation.
Create detailed labor plans for production workflow.
Review customer drawings for risk assessment and interpretation and mitigate issues.
Procure tooling to meet production and customer requirements.
Process ECOs and CEPA changes in a controlled manner.
Support production personnel and provide on-floor assistance for expedites.
