Job summary

C.E. Precision Assemblies, LLC., Connected by Trexon, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to bridge customer requirements with production and to own document control. You will review drawings, build BOMs, plan labor, and ensure travelers and tooling are current for each job on the floor.

This hands-on role supports the engineering, production, and quality teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in cable/harness or RF assembly environments, familiarity with IPC/WHMA standards, and

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets engineering drawings and notes.
• Experience in a high-reliability environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly tooling and termination methods.

Responsibilities

• Review material summary sheets from Sales for accuracy.
• Create internal BOMs from customer documentation meeting requirements.
• Draft detailed labor plans to support production workflow.
• Review customer docs pre-production for risk and corrections.
• Clarify notes in customer/CEPA drawings; provide direction.
• Identify and procure tooling to meet requirements.
• Review NCMRs; document root causes for quality impacts.
• Process ECOs and internal CEPA changes to drawings.
