Job summary

CACI International seeks an RF and Antennas Systems Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and test advanced RF and antenna solutions for defense applications. The role emphasizes phased array and reflector antennas across the lifecycle, from concept to fielded systems.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, innovative solutions and contribute to test plans, analyses, and customer presentations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of RF/antenna experience in defense or mission applications.
• Experience designing, analyzing, integrating, and testing RF/antenna systems.
• Proficient with RF test equipment (network/spectrum analyzers, power meters).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test RF and antenna systems including phased arrays and reflectors.
• Contribute to architectures, requirements, and trade studies for RF subsystems.
• Perform RF propagation, link budgets, range estimates, and interference analyses.
• Prototype RF hardware, assemble systems, and support testing across lab, chamber, range, and field.
• Document work products and present analyses, results, and recommendations.
