Job summary

Microwave Vision Group (MVG) in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate customer needs into system requirements and deliver RF/antenna measurement solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, and operations to drive programs from inception through commissioning.

The role demands familiarity with PMBOK, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and schedules while traveling for customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years in low-voltage, heavy-duty electrical equipment.
• Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with PMBOK and project cost management.
• Experience with electromechanical turnkey systems.
• Experience with DOD contracts and US Gov’t practices.
• Ability to obtain US Gov’t security clearance.
• Experience with SAP.
• PMP certification a plus.
• Self-driven with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of programs requiring financial, schedule, and technical impacts.
• Prepare and discuss presentations of technical content with customers.
• Collaborate with global system and applications engineering teams across lifecycle stages.
• Support business development through proposals and future program strategies.
