Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• RF/microwave, analog, and digital IC design coursework/experience preferred
• Exposure to RF measurement equipment (spectrum/network analyzers) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Scripting exposure: SKILL, python, TCL, bash
• Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Produce/design RF, analog, power management, mixed-signal and digital SoC circuits meeting customer specs
• Balance performance with size, cost, footprint, power, and schedule
• Collaborate with technicians on circuit simulations and testing
• Design/test RF circuits (PA/LNA/SW/MIXER/VCO/PLL) and analog/digital blocks
• Work with signal generators and analyzers to compare simulations with real data
• RTL simulation, synthesis, place-and-route; scripting for automated tests
