Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret clearance at time of application; Top Secret clearance desired.
  • 2 years with bachelor’s in science STEM required.
  • Familiar with RF/Analog hardware system design and architecture.
  • Familiar with Agile principles and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Familiar with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) usage to document baselines.
  • Able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and validate subsystem and full-system requirements per mission specs.
  • Support system integration, checkout, and environmental tests; prepare for final delivery.
  • Calibrate, validate, and set up test racks and equipment; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners; report results and feedback.
  • Create and maintain technical docs including test procedures and reports.
  • Conduct research and systems integration in electrical or electro-mechanical domains.
