Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction, feedback, and coaching to associates.
• Plans, organizes, and supervises work schedules.
• Prepares associate evaluations.
• Generates reports and metrics for management.
• Manages department expenses and assists in budgeting.
• Addresses customer issues and ensures customer-specific requirements are met.
• Maintains department records and ensures proper storage of equipment.
