Harbinger, a California-based EV company, seeks a Production Planning & Material Control (PPMC) Coordinator – Rework Operations to streamline rework processing and maintain visibility of parts availability. This role ensures non-conforming products and warranty returns are properly scheduled, tracked, and processed to meet customer delivery requirements while minimizing production disruptions and losses.

The position serves as the key liaison between Quality, Production, Engineering, Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; automotive experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in production planning, inventory control, or quality operations in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with non-conforming inventory, containment activities, or rework is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rework schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) based on quality findings, returns, engineering changes, and containment activities.
• Prioritize rework orders by customer demand, shipment requirements, and inventory recovery goals.
• Coordinate with production to minimize disruption to regular schedules and meet delivery commitments.
• Load Bills of Materials (BOMs) for reworks into NetSuite; track status of rework parts with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and present weekly 'Clear to Build' status reports for GG1, HPC, and Field Service management.
