Qualifications

  • JD Edwards (JDE) or other ERP experience is a plus.
  • Forklift and crane certifications, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intercompany shipments of rework components, verifying SN, PN, and BOM details.
  • Visually inspect parts, prepare job packs, and organize components for reworks.
  • Move reworks between staging, shop, and secondary processes with Scheduler/Buyer.
  • Prepare and organize shipments to outside vendors and district operations facilities.
  • Assist in daily forklift and crane inspections, ensuring equipment readiness.
  • Support shop housekeeping and 5S initiatives, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineers to stage and rework engineering prototype components.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Generate and analyze production reports, providing insights for process improvements.
  • Assist management with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required, with knowledge of Office 365 (Excel/Word).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production support experience is required.
  • Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment, including around heavy industrial equipment and in a non-climate-controlled facility.
  • Experience in production control or a similar role is preferred, with a focus on logistics.
  • Experience working with part numbers (PNs), serial numbers (SNs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs) is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs, following safety guidelines.
  • JD Edwards (JDE) or other ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Valid forklift and crane certifications or willingness to obtain them is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
  • Willingness to work overtime and on weekends, as production demands may require.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with intercompany logistics and engineering reworks is an advantage.
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
