Job summary

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Rework Associate for a contract opportunity in Marion, NC. You will work on the 2nd shift, handling packaging, inspections, and line clearances while complying with cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications include basic English communication, ability to read work instructions, math skills, and PIT/Inspector certifications. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 pounds and working around moving equipment in a Class IV environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED required.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain PIT Operator Certification.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written work instructions, safety/quality instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a 6S environment.

Responsibilities

• Move sterilized bags using a powered industrial truck.
• Inspect and change batteries on the PIT as needed.
• Keep the unloader stocked with trucks and loaded bags.
• Operate packaging equipment and stock the carton erector as BOM indicates.
• Log defects and maintain a clean, safe 6S work area.
