Job summary

Reschcor in Bristol, IN is seeking an entry level Manufacturing Associate to support extrusion line productivity. You will perform basic quality checks, package products per instructions, and read blueprints/work orders while assisting with line changeovers and grinding scrap.

This role emphasizes lean practices, 5S housekeeping, and safety adherence. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic arithmetic skills, and the ability to input data into IQMS ERP and Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in plastics is preferred but not required.
• Able to read and interpret documents related to quality, packaging, and work orders.
• Proficient with basic arithmetic and data entry into ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operates extrusion lines and packages product per instructions.
• Performs basic quality checks and reads blueprints/work orders.
• Supports line changeovers and setup tasks as directed.
• Maintains lean and 5S practices and keeps area clean and organized.
• Communicates quality concerns and cooperates with QA and Production teams.
