Job summary

Smyth Companies, LLC in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Rewind Operator on 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM), Monday through Friday. This full-time role is based in Green Bay, WI, with a focus on producing high-quality labels in a collaborative team environment.

You will set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment, inspect labels, follow production specifications, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to Lean improvements.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment.
• Inspect finished labels to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow production specifications and work priorities.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for process and Lean improvements.
